Account Deletion

Delete Your Miya Account

You can permanently delete your Miya account and all associated personal data at any time, directly from within the app.

Open the Miya app

Go to Settings

Tap your profile icon, then tap Settings from the menu.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the Legal & Help section and tap Delete Account.

Confirm with your password

Enter your password to confirm. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately. You will be signed out automatically.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot access your account, email us at miyaapp@outlook.com from the address registered to your Miya account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Please note: Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, job history, messages, and personal data. Active jobs or outstanding payments must be resolved first. Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UK law.
